- This is a brief (15 minute) telehealth consultation over a video call explaining testosterone replacement therapy, our process, and we answer any questions you may have.
- You can schedule this for a date/time that works for you using our patient appointment scheduling feature.
- During this call, lab testing is ordered for you.

- After your lab test is complete, XY Men's Health will let you know if you qualify for our membership.
- If you qualify, we will have you schedule your in-person Initial Appointment with us (60 minutes).
- We will review your medical history, conduct a physical exam, and review your lab test results with you.
- There is a demonstration and education on safe self-administration of the medication.
- We prescribe your initial dose of medication.
Follow up Visits

Follow up Visits
- Follow-up appointments are typically 30 minutes and are scheduled every 12 weeks (either in-person or virtual).
- We will review your medical history and physical exam.
- We monitor your symptoms and lab results.
- We refill your prescription.
