Understanding if You Qualify

At XY Men's Health Health, we are dedicated to improving the health and well-being of our patients.  You qualify for a consultation call for any of our memberships if you:

• Are a male 
• Are 30 years of age or above
• Can attend the Initial In-Person Appointment at our Buffalo, NY location
• Have the ability to pay for our Membership Services with ACH or Credit Card (Monthly/Quarterly/Semi-Annual/Annual payment options available)
